Who are these people??
The VARLEY Family Farm House residents?This photo was taken on a trip made "back home" in 1946 by Millard VARLEY, grandson of William and Drusilla. William sold his interest in the VARLEY Home Farm to Henry Holmes, his brother-in-law, in July 1886. Here, Millard poses with now unknown "relatives". The original picture bears the hand-written inscription on the back ... "West Virginia, 1946. The two girls are sisters. Meta, Ella, Frank R., 3rd cousins to Millard." If only they had included the last name!! Millard is pictured on the far left, but which is Ella, which is Meta?? Can you help me with these identities? I would love to hear from you.
